婚前節食減肥

如果要用1年籌備婚禮, 係咪都要用1年減肥呢...!? 如果唔係結婚, 都未必有咁大決心啦!!!!

好多新娘結完婚後都會略肥, 哈哈!! 放鬆了....

depends how u will do it, if u start doing exercise for 6 months, then the last 6 months u need to work harder, and eat less meat, more oats, otherwise 好易反彈

Once stop exercise, so easy return, I will eat Oatmeal everyday...
