我14年11月結婚,係上年3月已經join咗公司影Pre-wedding相,但到而家都仲未鼓起勇氣去試衫,我好怕去到話Li啲冇你size,得Li件你可以著到,其實本身自己好貪靚,但到身形漲爆時已經沒心機扮靚,但結婚一生人一次,我想變番瘦做靚靚新娘,姐妹有冇辨法救救我這懶人吖???

你去試咗衫先,揀唔啱可以淘寶,有得度身定造,實啱身,唔洗怕。我都係加大碼,都係淘寶搞掂呢個問題。

仲未減到對手臂..超粗12吋個人又脹...
如果手臂SLIM到我諗視覺上可以好好多..哈哈!!
出去試左衫先LOR....點都要出去試下大約咩款自己會著得好睇
講真.....出去試衫除非真係身形樣子都好靚先真係試得開心!!
試衫又冇化妝SET頭點試都係唔順眼........所以呢D唔好煩住..

我試左啦.. 但對肥手臂同背..好礙眼 too ~~~
現在努力做多D唔同的運動.. 跑步啦.同埋做GYM
希望PW 時.. 廋番D啦

早餐試下唔好飲奶, 改飲低糖或無糖豆漿, 起身後一定要飲一杯暖水, 20-30分鐘後食一個生果(蘋果, 士多啤梨, 火龍果等..)再隔半個鐘先好再食早餐, 你會發覺早餐份量係比平時食少左, 我通常都係麥包加豆漿就夠~
lunch就食2份菜+粥粉面飯是旦一樣, 唔加肉.
下午茶肚餓就食生果. 飲茶.
dinner已經介左澱粉質, 份量少lunch一半, 菜加任何一種肉or海鮮.
我咁樣食已經係叫hea, 起初減到7磅, 但依家只可以keep住磅數, 因為我好懶唔做運動. 試過夜晚gathering食pizza, 放題, 磅數都無上返去, 因為食多左菜同生果, 腸胃好左, d野好快可以排走~

I tried Funky Dance la!! so far tried 5 lessons in Slim me Dance, (it has 2 centres, one in Kwun Tong, one in Quarry Bay). It's relatively cheap, around 9xHKD per lesson, but only has 1 hr. (KeXLY funky dance has 1.5 hour).
Feelings so far:
1) 真的會出好多汗,但營養師朋友說了出汗不等如消脂,所以要monitor自己的心跳, 要make sure心跳到達 certain range 才開始消脂的!! (there's a formula for that)
2) The exercise will really use some muscle groups which normal gym / runny won't focus
3) it's not as boring as gym!! (very important, this will give you motivation and energy to persist)
4) Not sure if it's the combined effect of dieting, I really did lose some weight~ haha
Add oil sisters!!!!
