Just doing cardio is great for the cardiovascular system, but neglecting strength training will pose a threat for Osteoporosis. Just look around when u are walking in Hong kong, are all the old women looking strong and fit, great posture?, not really, most of them are using walking sticks and can barely push a door open!!!
